This is the role that makes the whole product engine run. Reporting to the GM of Product, you'll drive the critical path across men's, women's, kids and accessories, keep our overseas suppliers moving to spec, and make sure each style lands on time, on cost and on quality. If you love the detail of garment construction and the satisfaction of a clean, on-schedule delivery, this role is for you.
What you'll be responsible for:
- The day-to-day production calendar - development, sampling, pre-production approvals and bulk shipments
- The supplier relationship - you're the daily link between us and our factories and trade partners
- Costing and buy sheets - building margins against FOB targets, negotiating MOQs and pricing
- Tech packs and fit - alongside the design team, you’ll be reviewing tech packs and size specs, running fit sessions, feeding clear corrections back to factories
- Shipping and logistics - freight bookings (sea + air) tracking shipments and landed-cost tracking through to our Melbourne 3PL
- Samples & Sales Support - Lead the quarterly send-out of ranges to sales teams
What you'll bring:
- Solid experience across apparel production, product development and garment technology
- Strong knowledge of construction, fit and grading, and hands-on tech pack experience
- A track record working directly with overseas manufacturers, with sound understanding of the apparel critical path and production calendar
- A good handle on costing/FOB and import logistics
- Expert Excel, plus Illustrator and InDesign
- Bonus points for Cin7, Brandscope, Alvanon fit forms, and bluesign / Higg Index knowledge
