As a Ramp Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring aircraft are safely prepared for departure at the new Western Sydney International Airport Passenger Terminal. From loading baggage and freight to operating ground support equipment and driving airside vehicles, you'll be part of the team that keeps flights moving safely and on time.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking reliable, safety-focused team players who enjoy physical work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll be comfortable working outdoors, adapting to changing priorities, and contributing to a high-performing team.
Important Information
This is a physical, shift-based role operating across a 24/7 roster. Shifts include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
To be successful, you must be able to:
- Perform repetitive lifting and manual handling tasks
- Drive airside vehicles and operate ground support equipment safely
- Hold and maintain a valid Australian Driver Licence
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous aviation or ground handling experience is desirable but not essential.
- Obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
