313112 ICT Customer Support Officer
We are seeking an ICT customer support officer who is able to provide user support, training and guidance on computer systems. Diagnose and fix software and hardware issues, maintain network infrastructure and help users run applications smoothly.
Tasks include:
Provide solutions to problems through determining software and hardware requirements
Query response on software and hardware problems
Install and download appropriate software
Adapt exisiting programs to meet users’ requirements.
Design and maintain websites as well as implementing computer networks
Repairs equipment such as terminals, printer and modems
Assemble, instal, maintain and repair computer systems software and hardware including any related equipment
Salary 90 - 120K
Visa Sponsorship available
Location - Adelaide & Melbourne
Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
