We currently have an opportunity for a Performance & Reporting Manager. Join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in enhancing service outcomes, efficiency and contract performance across the contract through data-driven insights and advisory support. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Lead analysis of complex contract and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, emerging risks and improvement opportunities.
- Develop insights, root cause analysis and evidence-based recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Design and enhance dashboards, reporting frameworks and performance measurement approaches that move reporting toward diagnostic and predictive analysis.
- Support implementation, monitoring and refinement of performance improvement initiatives across service delivery and contract outcomes.
Engage stakeholders, governance forums, data and BI teams to improve data quality, accessibility and performance outcomes.

What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Experience in data analysis, performance analysis or business intelligence roles involving complex datasets and insight-driven recommendations.
- Strong capability in trend analysis, root cause analysis, performance diagnostics and translating findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with analytical and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent platforms.
A collaborative, customer-centric approach with strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
