About The Role
The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering industry-leading participant experience across every interaction and plays a critical role in improving access to services. The Client Care Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for enquiries from the public, participants, community service providers, medical and allied health professionals.
As a Client Care Coordinator at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. If you were here last week, these are some of the things you may have done:
- Supported NDIS participants and families with enquiries, providing information about services and supports
- Managed participant referrals and intake processes
- Assisted participants and families to understand funding arrangements
- Coordinated participant onboarding, welcome emails and appointment scheduling
- Partnered with therapists and internal teams to support a positive participant experience
- Prepared, maintained, and updated service agreements
- Maintained accurate participant records and documentation
- Supported invoicing, funding administration and payment processes
Who We Are Looking For
To be considered for this role you’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience in an administration or customer service role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Passion for supporting people with complex needs in a supportive, empathetic and effective manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and participant management systems
- Prior to commencement, you’ll also need to obtain a Working with Children’s Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
