About the Role
As a Kitchen Hand, you'll play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You'll work alongside our chefs in a busy service environment, helping maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food preparation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic
- Assist with basic food preparation as required
- Receive and store deliveries
- Dispose of waste and maintain cleaning schedules
- Follow food safety and workplace health & safety procedures
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen hand experience is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Good attention to detail and work ethic
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
