Job Description
- Sales & Campaign Support
- Assist sales teams in preparing advertising proposals and client presentations
- Coordinate booking and scheduling of advertising campaigns
- Support account managers in managing client requests
- Campaign & Content Coordination
- Ensure commercials and sponsorships are correctly scheduled on-air or online
- Check that all campaign materials (ads, videos, banners) are delivered on time
- Work with production, traffic, and digital teams to resolve issues
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM data and campaign records
- Track campaign performance and delivery status
- Prepare reports for internal teams and advertisers
- Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, programming, finance)
- Communicate with advertisers and media agencies
- Support urgent changes or corrections to campaigns
