We have an exciting opportunity to develop a rewarding career as a Customer Experience Specialist at Melville Hyundai! We are seeking someone who can bring to life the “Love that Experience” culture and make the whole customer experience an unforgettable one.
You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and educational experience for our customers, assisting with appointments and walk-in enquiries, selling and delivering used cars
No Experience? No Worries! If you are a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude and good work ethic, we will provide training to suit.

Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service

Highly personable with a helpful and bright phone manner

Articulate with the ability to quickly establish rapport

Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets and KPI's

Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations

Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail

Full WA drivers licence is required

Previous experience in Customer Service or as a Sales Consultant is highly regarded
