Care Staff| Residential Aged Care| Casual Based

Are you local to SYDNEY and keen to pick up casual shifts? We would love to chat with you! We are collaborating with local Aged Care facilities that have multiple gaps in their roster, spanning across AM, PM, and Night Shifts.
- You'll need to be flexible to work a rotating roster or pick up shifts as per the roster's requirement.
- Extending a helping hand with daily tasks, ensuring our residents feel heard, valued, and above all, safe in their environment.
- Supporting residents to maintain both physical and mental activity levels, ensuring their overall well-being and quality of life.
- Recognising changes in residents' needs and preferences and promptly escalating them to the clinical team for appropriate action and support.
Role Requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Aged Care.
- Local residency in the area, as accommodation is not provided.
