Yard Supervisor
Cromford Pipe Holdings Pty Ltd is a privately-owned Australian company specialising in the manufacture and distribution of polyethylene pipe into the civil, water, waste water, irrigation and mining sectors throughout Australia.

Ideal candidate:
- Must have a valid Forklift license
- Previous experience working within a fast paced environment
- Previous Yard experience is a MUST
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prioritise workload to effectively meet deadlines
- An eye for detail and a sense of urgency
- Physically fit for moving material on and of trucks and around yards
- Knowledge of NHVR
- Experience loading complex freight
Key Responsibilities
- Min 2 years experience as a yard person/Labourer/Forklift Driver
- Current Forklift License
- Organise/delegate work to yard staff
- Picking orders to be sent out on delivery trucks
- Ensure all work is carried out to a standard that meets or exceeds our customer’s expectations
· Capable IT capacity - proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks,
- Strong leadership and people management skills – able to manage your team,
· Aptitude to work in either a team or autonomously
- Implement WHS/Quality
- Demonstrate accountability/discipline and maturity.
Pay: $60,591.35 – $80,000.00 per year
