About the Role
- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Deliver warm, professional, and engaging customer service.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station.
- Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Uphold Applejack Hospitality's high standards of service and presentation.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment.
- Confidence in preparing specialty coffee with consistency and speed.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work Tuesday through Thursday.
