Unity College OSHC is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated
Educators (Children’s Services Employees) to join our supportive team!
In this role, you will support primary-aged children as they grow and thrive in our before-school, after-school, and vacation care programs.
Established in 2018, Unity College OSHC supports up to 60 children on the Sunshine Coast. Our goal is to create a vibrant environment where children can explore, connect, and engage.
This position will primarily focus on after-school and vacation care, with occasional support at other OSHC services as needed.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

Job Requirements:
- Certificate III in Children’s Services (or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines) or demonstrate a willingness to complete the studies
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from the Queensland Government
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations
- Experience in the education and care of children
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
- Hold (or are willing to complete) National Safeguarding Training (Geccko).
