Leading breakfast chef/ Lunch chef
Key duties
- Lead kitchen breakfast operations and plating standards
- Ensure food safety & hygiene compliance
- Control wastage
- Work in a collaborative, high-performance culture
Requirements
- 2+ years in a similar role.
- Cert IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Proven high-volume or multi-outlet experience
- Creativity, consistency and passion for great food
- Must be able to work weekends.
