Casual Residential Cleaner – Join a Growing Small Business
My residential cleaning business is looking for a reliable, friendly and highly detail-oriented cleaner to join the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, maintains consistently high cleaning standards, and enjoys working in clients’ homes.
The role offers consistent ongoing work with room to grow as the business expands.
Hours will start at approximately 2–3 days per week, with additional hours available as the business continues to grow.
What the role involves:
This role will be primarily independent work in clients’ homes. However, there will also be times working as part of a team, particularly during the initial training period and at the start of employment.

- Exceptional attention to detail and consistently high cleaning standards
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Takes pride in their work and does not cut corners
- Confident working in clients’ homes, both independently and as part of a team when required
- Comfortable communicating professionally with clients when needed Time-conscious and able to work efficiently without compromising quality Friendly, respectful and professional attitude
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Looking for a long-term role
Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential.
Full training will be provided in the way I operate to ensure a consistent, high standard of cleaning across all homes.
