Shift Leader | Carl’s Jr. Eagleby
Carl’s Jr. Eagleby is looking for a motivated and reliable Shift Leader to join our management team.
As a Shift Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading the crew during your shifts, delivering excellent guest service and ensuring the restaurant operates safely, efficiently and to Carl’s Jr. standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting crew throughout the shift Running shifts and allocating team positions Providing excellent guest service and resolving guest concerns Maintaining high standards of food quality, accuracy and presentation Monitoring speed of service and restaurant performance Ensuring food safety, cleanliness and workplace safety standards are followed Coaching and training crew members Completing opening and closing procedures Cash handling and completing required shift documentation Supporting the Restaurant General Manager and management team with daily operations
About You:
- Reliable, punctual and confident leading a team Strong communication and customer service skills Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment Available across a flexible roster, including afternoons, evenings and weekends Previous fast food, hospitality or leadership experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

Pay: $28.00 – $56.00 per hour
