What You'll Be Doing3D Printing & Production
- Operating and maintaining commercial 3D printers.
- Preparing files and optimising print settings for production.
- Troubleshooting print quality and machine performance.
- Testing new materials and production methods.
- Producing custom 3D printed letters, logos, and signage components.
Signage & Fabrication
- Fabricating premium acrylic and plastic signage.
- Operating CNC routing and laser cutting equipment.
- Assembly, finishing, quality control and packaging.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
Innovation & Development
- Improving manufacturing efficiency.
- Exploring new applications for 3D printing in signage.
- Assisting with product development and process improvement.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Who We're Looking For
You'll likely have experience with some of the following:
- Cura, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer or similar software.
- CAD or 3D modelling software.
- Troubleshooting printers and optimising print quality.
- Manufacturing, fabrication, signage, engineering or maker environments.
- CNC machining or laser cutting.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is curious, technically minded, and excited by the possibilities of advanced manufacturing.
