A Content Shooter/Editor is someone who creates, shoots, and edits video and digital content across a range of platforms, often working to fast turnarounds.
THE TASK AT HAND
Content Shooter/Editor is responsible for:
- Editing - from offline, minimal grading, resizing and exporting
- Supporting the creative, production & content teams in the planning of shoots, and with the creation of quality video content from pre-production, right through to delivering a finished product
- Confident communicator with creatives & in client presentations.
- Presenting treatments to clients
- Developing proactive or reactive content ideas and know the steps to complete the project.
- Assisting in all areas of production, with a willingness to enhance your editing, script-writing and directorial skills.
- Ai prompting & generating experience
- Confident using AI tools to streamline shooting, editing, and content optimisation.
- Able to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and delivery speed.
- Researching & experimenting with the latest Ai platforms
- Working with all departments - Creative department, Content team, Editors and Producers.
- Working to production timelines and deadlines.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO TBWA
Skills
- 5 plus years' experience shooting & editing
- Skills in all Adobe Suite including Premiere, After Effects, Ai platforms, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple projects
- Confident communicator, strong attention to detail
Knowledge
- Knowledge of camera and shooting equipment
- A collaborative approach, working with creatives & producers.
- Understanding of social platforms, trends and creative best practice
You
- Someone with a sense of the creative industry & bringing creative ideas to the production & creative department, with a focus on video-base or photography.
- Technical skills, great attention to detail and is thorough and organised.
