We're looking for a high-performing Vietnamese and English-speaking sales professional to join our Springvale showroom and support our growing VIP client base.
This role is ideal for an experienced salesperson looking to elevate their career into luxury jewellery sales, build a valuable portfolio of long-term VIP clients, and potentially progress into leadership opportunities as the business continues to grow.

Requirements
Your Role:

Engage clients in the showroom and deliver a luxury, consultative sales experience.

Convert high-value diamond jewellery transactions while building trust and long-term relationships.

Confidently present and handle rare diamond jewellery and Rolex watches.

Manage and grow your own portfolio of VIP clients through exceptional service, follow-up, and referral generation.

Handle client services including jewellery cleaning, repairs, resizing, and after-sales care.

Support the team with showroom operations to ensure a seamless client journey.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, jewellery trends, and industry standards.

Use technology (CRM, email, social media) to engage clients and track sales activity.

Saturday availability is essential.
What We're Looking For:

Multilingual: Fluent in Vietnamese and English (essential)

Extensive Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or premium retail (diamond jewellery sales preferred).

Knowledge of Fine Jewellery & Diamonds – Solid understanding of fine jewellery and diamonds (or willingness to learn quickly).

Passion for Luxury Sales: A genuine drive for success and a strong enthusiasm for fine jewellery.
