At My Plan Manager, we're passionate about helping Australians get the most out of their NDIS plans. My Plan Manager is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gallagher Bassett Services one of the world's leading claims and risk management organizations. We're currently seeking a Provider Invoicing Officer to join our Provider Services team at My Plan Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, problem-solving, delivering quality outcomes and being part of a collaborative, values-driven team.
How you'll make an impact
As a Provider Invoicing Officer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring NDIS provider invoices are accurately reviewed, processed and paid in line with established guidelines and timeframes.
Working across multiple systems and platforms, you'll:

Review, assess and process NDIS provider invoices efficiently and accurately

Validate invoice information and identify any discrepancies or missing details

Interpret invoices against business rules and funding requirements

Communicate with NDIS providers via email and phone to resolve invoice queries
-
Request and obtain additional information required for payment processing

Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
-
Manage allocated workloads while meeting productivity and quality targets

Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality and data accuracy requirements

Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment

Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
About you
