Life at BOUNCE
BOUNCE is more than a workplace, it's a movement. With over 6.5 million customers each year, 3,000+ team members, and venues across the globe, we're leading the way in action-adventure entertainment, creating experiences that inspire movement, self-expression and human connection.
At the heart of BOUNCE is our Tribe. From the Hosts bringing the love in venue to the specialists behind the scenes supporting our growth, every person plays a role in bringing our Purpose to life.
Our adrenaline playgrounds bring people together through trampolines, adventure challenges and freestyle fun, welcoming everyone from pre-schoolers to elite athletes. But the real magic? Our people.
As we continue our Road Trip to 100 venues, we're investing in the people, systems and financial foundations that will support our next stage of growth.
That's where you come in.
Your Mission
As our Financial Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity of one of Australia's fastest-growing entertainment businesses.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll own key components of the month-end close, maintain the accuracy of our financial data and partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure our financial operations run smoothly.
This isn't just about producing accurate numbers. It's about creating confidence in the numbers that guide business decisions. You'll oversee key balance sheet reconciliations, manage our fixed asset portfolio, support taxation compliance, improve financial processes and help optimise the systems that underpin our finance function.
As BOUNCE continues to grow, you'll help continue to build a finance function that's scalable, efficient and ready for what's next.
Why This Role Is Different
Most Financial Accountant roles focus on reporting what has already happened. This role gives you the opportunity to shape how finance operates.
You'll work across financial reporting, systems, process improvement and business partnering while helping build stronger financial controls and more efficient ways of working.
You'll also play an important role in supporting and mentoring junior members of the Finance team, helping create a collaborative, high-performing function that continues to evolve alongside the business.
If you enjoy improving processes as much as balancing them, you'll thrive here.
