We are seeking casual On Road Supervisors in Northern & Western suburbs to assist and direct customers when travelling on public transport replacement services.
If you are a proactive, safety-conscious, and customer-focused individual and thrive in a fast-faced environment, this position is for you!
This role primarily involves being the first point of contact, directing passengers to replacement services during rail disruptions and ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience.
About the role:

Direct and assist passengers during transport disruptions, guiding them safely to replacement bus services

Provide clear and friendly communication to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
-
Liaise with transport staff and bus operators to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery

Manage on-site safety and ensure procedures are followed at all times

Lead and support on-ground staff, acting as a key point of contact during operations
-
Maintain detailed incident and operational records as required
To be successful in this role you must have:

A current Victorian Driver’s Licence

Willing to obtain an Australian Police Check
- Full working rights in Australia

Ability to complete a company medical assessment

A strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced or operational environment

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

Hands-on knowledge of transport or traffic management (advantageous)
