About the role
Permanent full-time opportunity to deliver professional and confidential administrative support at Bribie Island Health Centre. You will provide reception and clerical services, coordinate workflows, support clinical teams, and manage patient information systems while working independently within a multidisciplinary environment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Clear understandings of the Queensland Health Code of Conduct, to ensure responses and inquiries from internal and external clients are met ensuring confidentiality in maintained.
Provide administration support to frontline clinical/business support staff, including Reception and switchboard services for Bribie Island Satellite Health Centre and to supply a range of administration duties required to deliver client focussed, high quality and efficient services.
Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support including the production of high-quality documents and records, enquiry screening and diary management as required, including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation
Exercise judgement and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken.
