Job Title: Ice Cutter and Packer
Location: Yatala
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm OR Wednesday to Friday 7am-3:30pm
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable people to work in the factory cutting and packing ice to specific sizing. No prior experience is necessary however the right candidate must have a keen eye for detail, be self motivated, confident with machinery and enjoy working in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
This will be a hands-on role, with some of the required functions including (but not limited to):
- Efficiently cutting and packing ice to maintain stock levels, as required;
- Completing QA, including cut, thickness and look testing and reporting any quality variencies
- Choosing the right packaging for each item to ease packing and shipment;
- Labelling or marking orders as requested;
- Cleaning the warehouse, production and packing area;
- Conducting physical stock counts as required;
- Ensuring all standard operating procedures and quality requirment are followed; and
- Ensuring all OH&S are followed

Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
