Macquarie University Health, Wallumattagal Campus, North Ryde
Provide vital administrative support, enable strategic impact and help keep integrated healthcare running smoothly.
Are you a highly organised administrative professional who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Macquarie University Health is seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our Strategy, Quality and Engagement Team on a full-time, 13-month fixed-term basis (parental leave cover), with a proposed start in early August.
This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity to become a trusted administrative anchor across several Macquarie University Health departments. You'll be the person colleagues rely on to keep things organised and running smoothly, coordinating committees, managing key processes and stepping in wherever support is needed. Working across a diverse cross-section of the organisation, you'll provide responsive, high-quality support that keeps business-critical activities on track, while building relationships with colleagues at every level. Providing secretarial support for several key organisational committees, including the Consumer Advisory Committee and the Allied Health Leadership Committee.
Overseeing the volunteer roster and supporting the delivery of the volunteer program.
Assisting with clinician accreditation processes.
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices for the Deputy CEO functions, as well as the WHS and Risk team.
Supporting a range of ad hoc tasks as they arise across the team.
