What We're Looking For
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader who is committed to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where children can thrive.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Educator in an Early Childhood setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent leadership, communication and team collaboration skills.
- Valid Australian work rights.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Lead the daily operations of your classroom and inspire your team to deliver high-quality education and care.
- Create engaging learning experiences that support each child's individual development.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Mentor and support Educators to foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Observe, assess and document children's learning in line with the EYLF.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations and centre policies.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming learning environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and help create meaningful outcomes for children.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
