We’re on the lookout for a Service Advisor who’s all about great customer service, smooth operations, and keeping our machines in top shape. You’ll be the go-to person for our Bowral branch and our amazing customers - making sure their gear gets the TLC it deserves.
What you'll be doing:

Crafting clear, competitive quotes for service jobs
- Booking in customer jobs and keeping the schedule humming
- Handling warranty claims and product improvements like a pro
- Reviewing repair orders and helping get invoices out the door
- Tracking performance data to help us keep getting better
and more!
Who Are We Looking For?

A customer service superstar
- Someone who knows their way around a spreadsheet and Microsoft Office
- A bit of mechanical know-how is a bonus (Trade qualified = extra brownie points!)
- A team player with energy, initiative, and a can-do attitude
