- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve project excellence.
- Monitor and report on project performance and progress.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years as a Site Manager or in a similar role in landscaping or construction.
- Strong understanding of commercial landscaping practices and equipment.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or Construction Management.
