About the Role
As our Transport Allocator, you’ll be the central point between drivers and operations. Your role will focus on scheduling, allocating jobs, and ensuring vehicles are transported efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and schedule jobs to drivers and trucks daily
- Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and updates
- Monitor job progress and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Assist with general operations when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in vehicle transport allocation (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
- Good knowledge of Australian roads
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
