A day in the life
- Welcome members and help them find whatever they need or whatever they’re looking for.
- Deliver PT sessions with the uniqueness that’s given you a rock star following.
- Take members from physical experiences through to uplifting mind-body journeys.
- Leverage your personality to create a culture where the community become raving fans.
- Embrace feedback and suggestions to improve and increase PT delivery.
- Keep PT sessions safe… considering equipment, technique and any pre-existing injuries.
- Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.
- Stay on top of PT admin to ensure seamless booking, payment and validation of sessions.
- Naturally act as a brand ambassador to support marketing activities and comfortably communicate what differentiates our PT offering from the market.
To land this gig… and your ongoing mindset
- You have your Cert IV in Fitness, a rock star reputation, your first aid, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and can readily obtain a clear Working with children Check (if required). You may also have studied exercise or sports science. A+ for you.
- You have aligned experience. You know how to deliver meaningful PT sessions and thrive on exceeding performance targets. You’re comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true community.
- You are people-focused. You’re a raw and magnetic personality. You get a kick out of getting people to those I did it! moments. You’re confident and cool under pressure. Inspiring the community to push themselves to new heights (one PT session at a time) makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. You love a friendly plank competition.
- You are self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you’re comfortable communicating at all levels. You’re authentic when you express yourself. You love to inspire.
- You are driven. You love motivating others. You leverage your life experience and charismatic personality to help members experience physical, mental and emotional breakthrough moments. You enjoy working to targets.
