Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize rooms and common areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored correctly.
- Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
- Helping keep the building clean, functional, and well-presented
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
