Are you an exceptional administrator who thrives on organisation, coordination and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? Do you enjoy bringing structure to complex processes, working with data and documentation, and supporting quality outcomes behind the scenes?
We're looking for a Clinical Governance Administrator to join our Health Services team in a role that sits at the heart of our Clinical Governance function. Working closely with the Clinical Governance Manager, you'll play a critical role in coordinating governance activities that support the delivery of safe, high-quality dental and optical services.
This is more than an administration role - it's an opportunity to become a key coordinator of compliance, quality improvement and accreditation activities across the business.
What you'll be doing
As our Clinical Governance Administrator you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support across a broad range of governance activities, including:
- Coordinating clinical governance programs, audits and compliance activities
- Supporting accreditation preparation and maintaining audit readiness
- Tracking actions, follow-ups and compliance deadlines to ensure governance activities stay on schedule
- Maintaining governance registers, records and controlled documentation
- Preparing reports, audit summaries and governance information for review
- Coordinating policy and procedure updates, version control and document management
- Supporting risk reporting, quality improvement initiatives and governance projects
- Assisting with governance communications, intranet updates and document distribution
You'll become the central point that keeps governance processes organised, accurate and running efficiently.
About you
You'll be a highly organised coordinator who enjoys managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You'll bring:
- Experience in an administration, coordination or project support role
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
- Strong written communication and document preparation skills
- Confidence working with data, reports and document management systems
- The ability to build positive working relationships across a variety of teams
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience within healthcare, quality, compliance, accreditation or clinical governance will be highly regarded but isn't essential. Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys creating order, improving processes and ensuring important work is completed to a consistently high standard.
Why you'll love this role
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within clinical governance and healthcare safety and quality. You will gain exposure to accreditation, risk management, quality improvement and governance frameworks while working with experienced clinical leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.
If you're looking for a role where your coordination skills genuinely make a difference to patient safety, quality and organisational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
