Everkeen Construction Group is seeking an experienced Site Foreman or Site Supervisor for commercial construction site, such as childcare, student accommodation and warehouse, to join ourgrowing team. We are based at Box Hill, and our most sites are located at Eastern, Southern and South Eastern, Victoria, Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage trades and supplier, establish a reliable trade base,
- Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades and key stakeholders
- Ensure correct building practices and procedures are always adhered to
- Ensure quality homes are built within set time frames and budgeted guidelines
- Enferce and adhere to OH&S regulations
- Complete inspections and appropriate paperwork
- Daily KPl reporting
What yow Will Bring:
- +5 years experience in site supervision or construction management.
- Experience managing commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS requirements.
- Current White Card and valid Driver's Licence.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage trades, subcontractors, and project schedules effectively.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred but not essential.
