We are looking for an energetic and experienced Baristas to join our team! This role would suit someone who is happy and flexible enough to work as a barista and as a cafe all rounder.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Previous hospitality/café experience
- Available 5 days per week approx 40 hours
- Someone happy to serve customers over the counter and make coffee
- Previous experience in coffee making, weighing and timing shots and latte art
- Passion for the service industry and an interest in food/baking/artisan bread/pastry/coffee
- Can-do attitude is essential
- Customer service excellence and proactive approach to creating a warm and friendly community environment
- Punctuality is essential
- Can work quickly and efficiently
- Well-presented & safety conscious
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Is happy to work as both barista and all rounder when required
- Early morning starts (7 am)
- Weekends availability and Friday/Saturday Evening Availability
