As a Clinical Nurse - Adult Community Mental Health, you'll play a vital role in supporting adults across the community to achieve recovery and wellbeing. Working autonomously while connected to a multidisciplinary team, you'll help shape safe, effective care that meets people where they are and supports meaningful outcomes.

Delivering person-centred mental health care that supports recovery, independence and improved wellbeing
Leading clinical decisions and coordinating care plans tailored to complex needs
Partnering with colleagues, services and community agencies to achieve shared goals
Driving quality and safety improvements that strengthen outcomes for consumers and the wider community

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate national board
Strong experience in mental health care, including assessment, case management and care coordination
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Advanced clinical judgement, communication skills and commitment to safe, high-quality care
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring experience working in rural or community settings and/or postgraduate qualifications or credentials in mental health nursing.
Above all, you'll embody compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage, delivering care that truly makes a difference.
