You'll be putting your name to some of Melbourne's best addresses, backed by a crew and a management team who take the work as seriously as you do — and know how to switch off and celebrate a good project once it's done.
- Detailed framing and finish carpentry on premium residential renovations and new builds across Melbourne
- Working to the standard our high-end builder partners expect — no shortcuts, no "near enough"
- Reading and interpreting complex plans and specs and running with them
- Working solo on site when the job calls for it, with a crew and management who've got your back the rest of the time
- Representing Point Force Carpentry on some of the most exacting build sites in the city
- Being part of a genuine team — regular social events, and managers who look after their people, not just the job
What We're Looking For
- Trade-qualified carpenter with 3+ years' experience post-qualification
- Genuine high-detail frame and finish carpentry skills — this is prestige residential work, not volume project homes
- Confident reading plans and working to spec without needing your hand held
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Current White Card
- Own tools
- Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
