This role represents HCF professionally by contacting prospective members, promoting HCF products and services, completing membership applications and supporting membership growth through needs-based sales conversations.
- Contact prospective members through outbound acquisition and campaign activity.
- Explain HCF products and services clearly, using product knowledge to identify suitable solutions.
- Manage acquisition leads, sales opportunities and outbound campaigns within agreed timeframes.
- Complete membership applications and maintain accurate customer information.
- Use HCF’s needs-based sales approach, including the GAIN methodology.
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up by phone or email as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with quality, risk and regulatory requirements.
- Meet agreed sales, conversion, call quality, productivity and compliance targets.
- Work with the Sales Team Leader to review performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to team objectives and a positive customer-focused environment.
About you
- Previous call centre experience.
- Strong customer service and sales focus.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage customer conversations confidently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to embrace change.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet performance objectives.
- Knowledge of company products and services, or ability to learn quickly.
- Basic keyboard and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
