Due to an exciting growth phase, we are expanding our high-impact culinary operation in North Ryde, Sydney! Remuneration: $80,000 Base + 12% Superannuation
The Role: Join a high-performing, large-scale production kitchen delivering premium corporate dining. This role sits at the core of a disciplined, fast-paced operation where consistency, structure, and execution excellence are critical.
- Deliver high-volume food production across bulk catering and buffet service
- Execute to structured production plans with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Support stock control, rotation, and waste minimisation targets
- Work within digital HACCP and allergen management systems
- Contribute to a reliable, process-driven team culture
The Person: Proven experience in high-volume or production kitchens, with a strong ability to work quickly, efficiently and methodically. Commercially savvy, Cert III in Commercial Cookery, and Food Safety, HACCP and allergies understanding.

- Oversee daily production flow and ad hoc catering execution
- Lead and coordinate small teams, ensuring output, timing, and quality standards
- Develop and manage prep lists, production schedules, and workflow systems
- Balance hands-on cooking with administrative accountability
- Drive compliance in food safety, digital HACCP, and allergen management
- Act as a key support to senior leadership, contributing to overall kitchen performance
The Person: Experience in high-volume, events or production environments, with demonstrated ability to run sections or supervise teams, Cert III in Commercial Cookery. Strong time management skills with a good understanding of Food Safety, HACCP and allergies.
