We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our Perth team. In this pivotal role, you will support our commercial and operational functions by managing end-to-end contract processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Working closely with the broader management team, you will assist with maintaining highly accurate documentation, managing procurement, and supporting general contract management activities across the business to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting, review, and execution of commercial contracts and subcontracts.
- Manage procurement processes, including reviewing quotes and issuing purchase orders.
- Process and track progress claims, variations, and invoices.
- Monitor project costs and budgets, assisting with regular financial reporting.
- Maintain contract registers, trackers, and compliance records.
- Liaise daily with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve contract-related queries.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the management team as required.
About You
You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing documentation, data, and administrative processes. You take ownership of tasks, work well under deadlines, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the business.
Essential
Proven experience in a Contract Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar commercial support role.
Solid understanding of contract structures, procurement, and cost-control processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and high-level organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
Desirable
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Construction, or a related field.
High capacity to learn and adapt to new management software and internal systems.
