About Our Practice: We've just relocated to a brand new practice. We're all about clinical excellence! Our practice covers all facets of dentistry, from routine examinations and cleanings to advanced procedures like full implant arch replacements. Our state-of-the-art digital workflow, including same-day crowns, 3D scanners, 3D printers, and more, allows us to deliver the best care.
About the Role: As our Dental Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing outstanding patient care. We value work-life balance, so this is a fantastic opportunity for you to work four days a week and have those extra days for yourself!
What We're Looking For: We're seeking a candidate with some experience in both dental assisting and receptionist duties. If you're passionate about dentistry and eager to grow your career, we'd love to have you on board!
Qualifications & experience:
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Strong team player
- Great attention to detail
- Experience from the dental industry is preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- High-level patient communication
- Genuine desire to develop strong patient relationships
- Chair side assisting
- Sterilisation room support
- Patient records updates
- Patient communication over the phone
- Booking and appointments and optimising clinical time
- Checking in patients and taking payment
- Various administrative support task

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
