We are currently seeking for a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to maintain retail site located in West End.
Available Position:
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (6:00 AM to 8:30 AM)
Specific Duties:
- Clean and detail external entrance areas, trolley bays, and glass entry doors.
- Collect rubbish across multi-level carparks and compactor/bin spaces.
- Sweep and mop store entrance, exit, and carpeted sections.
- Perform office cleaning including desks, doors, walls, and horizontal surfaces.
- Sanitize bathroom facilities and clean kitchen area (benches, sink, microwave exterior, fridge exterior, and tables).
- Empty all waste bins throughout internal/external zones into main carpark bins.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial or retail cleaning is strongly preferred.
- Experience using floor scrubber machines, or willingness to learn.
- High standard of cleanliness and strong attention to detail.
- Punctual and reliable for early morning starts (6:00 AM).
- Good physical fitness to manage sweeping, mopping, trolley movement, and waste handling.
- Reliable transport to and from the site.
- Subcontractors with valid ABN and relevant insurance are welcome to apply.
