My Positive Perspectives is a growing Australian brand focused on positivity, mental wellbeing and products designed to brighten people's day.
We are looking for a confident, charismatic and highly persuasive Social Media Brand Ambassador to become one of the faces of our brand and help us turn social media attention into real sales.
This is a side-gig / commission-based opportunity, ideal for someone who already enjoys creating content, going live and selling products through social media.
The Role
As the Face of the Brand, you will represent My Positive Perspectives across TikTok and/or Instagram, hosting regular live videos, engaging with viewers and actively converting viewers into customers.
Your goal is simple:
Create engaging live content → build excitement → generate sales.
You will have the freedom to bring your own personality and selling style to the role, while working with our team to promote our products, campaigns and brand story.
What You'll Do
- Host daily TikTok and/or Instagram Live sessions
- Become a recognisable face and personality for My Positive Perspectives
- Demonstrate and promote our products during live streams
- Engage with viewers, answer questions and build genuine connections
- Confidently recommend products and overcome customer objections
- Create excitement around launches, promotions and campaigns
- Use persuasive sales techniques to convert viewers into customers
- Track and report the sales generated through your content
- Help grow our social media presence and customer base
- Collaborate with our team on content ideas and campaigns
What We're Looking For
This role is not simply an influencer position. We are looking for someone who can sell.
You should be:
- Extremely confident speaking on camera
- Charismatic, energetic and engaging
- Naturally persuasive
- Comfortable asking people to purchase
- Good at storytelling and building excitement
- Comfortable handling objections and questions
- Consistent and reliable with daily live sessions
- Comfortable talking to strangers and engaging an audience
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Experienced with TikTok and/or Instagram Live
Proven Sales Experience Required
You must be able to demonstrate a proven history of generating sales through social media.
Please include examples of previous social media sales results, live-selling experience, affiliate sales, products you've promoted, conversion results or relevant campaigns you've worked on.
We are much more interested in your ability to generate sales than your follower count.
You don't necessarily need hundreds of thousands of followers. We want someone who knows how to take an audience and turn attention into action.
Commission
This is a performance-based side gig.
There is no traditional salary for this position.
You will receive:
50% of the profit from every sale directly attributed to you.
The more sales you generate, the more you earn.
There is significant earning potential for someone who can consistently convert viewers into customers.

You might be a content creator, TikTok seller, affiliate marketer, aspiring influencer, salesperson, livestream host or someone who simply knows how to connect with an audience and close a sale.
Important
This is a side-gig / non-permanent position and is designed around performance and sales.
We are looking for someone who can commit to daily live sessions and take ownership of their results.
If you are uncomfortable selling, don't enjoy being on camera or are looking for a guaranteed hourly wage, this probably isn't the right role for you.
