As a Professional Practice Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:

Develop, lead and review a digital and AI capability action plan for the VET workforce nationally

Lead the design and rollout of digital and AI capability initiatives aligned to relevant capability frameworks

Drive adoption of emerging technologies and AI-enabled practices across the TAFE network, including communicating best practice and championing AI use at network forums

Deliver workforce uplift initiatives to educators, leaders, and professional staff
-
Align digital and AI capability development to national VET priorities, workforce transformation agendas, and educator capability initiatives led through the VET Educator Academy
-
Coordinate VET scholarship, fellowship and community of practice programs across the TAFE network.

Partner with senior leaders across TAFE and the national VET ecosystem to define digital and AI capability needs.

Project manage the implementation of the VET workforce digital and AI skill action plan, ensuring appropriate governance is in place, tracking achievements and following up as necessary.

Collaborate with Chisholm’s Workforce Development team, Professional Educator College and VET Educator Academy on joint PD initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of digital technologies, AI, and their practical application in organisational contexts.
Qualifications required for the role:

Relevant Degree, and post graduate qualification and experience, or extensive management and leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant management and leadership experience and/or education or training.

Experience working in or with TAFEs and TAFE workforces
