Overview:
The Car Cleaner Team Leader is responsible for delivering high-quality car wash and detailing services while ensuring efficient day-to-day site operations, outstanding customer service, and strong team support.
This role combines hands-on vehicle cleaning and detailing, customer sales and service, quality control, safety compliance, and leadership support, including training and mentoring team members.
The position plays an important part in maintaining operational standards, achieving business targets, and promoting a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and staff.
Award: Vehicle Services Award – Level 2 progressing to Level 4
Employment Type: Casual with the opportunity to move to Perm Part Time
Hours: 25-32 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $33.05 plus penalty rates on weekends
Ordinary Hours
Ordinary hours range between 25- 32 hours per week, with the possibility of moving to a permanent role if suitable that will be predominantly 9:00am – 5:00pm, Wednesday to Saturday. Due to the operational requirements of the business, your rostered days and hours may vary from time to time. Reasonable flexibility is required to ensure adequate staffing levels and the smooth operation of the business.
