Canaccord Genuity is a leading global wealth management and capital markets firm, and we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Investment Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in financial services while gaining exposure to domestic and international markets, working alongside Wealth Management, Institutional, Capital Markets and Fixed Income teams.
As an Investment Operations Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of cash, securities and client assets, supporting trading activity across a broad range of products and markets. You’ll collaborate with advisers, institutional teams, counterparties and external service providers, while developing a strong understanding of the end-to-end trade and settlement lifecycle.
About the Role
This is a diverse and highly visible role offering exposure to:
- Domestic and international trade settlements
- Broker-to-broker and off-market transfers
- Corporate actions and asset servicing
- Custody and asset transfer processes
- Cash management and banking operations
- Adviser and front-office support
- Client account administration
- International trade booking and settlement activities
- Process improvement initiatives across investment operations
About you:
You may already be working in operations, settlements, custody, stockbroking, financial services administration or client services and are looking to take the next step in your career.
