- Tradesmen: trade qualification/licence in roofing or sheet metal (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Labourers: willingness to learn, physically fit, reliable
- Comfortable working at heights
- Valid driver’s licence (own transport preferred)
- White Card required
- Good attitude, punctual, team player
