About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality, efficient and consistent People services across the employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will coordinate and administer a range of end-to-end People processes, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of People systems and records.
As part of our People team, you will work closely with leaders and employees across the firm, providing responsive administrative support, managing queries and contributing to initiatives that strengthen the employee experience.
You will also play an important part in supporting digital tools and smarter ways of working, with a focus on data accuracy, process efficiency and delivering a positive employee experience.
About You
- Previous experience in HR administration, People support or a similar coordination role
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline will be highly regarded
- Sound understanding of HR processes, policies and employment frameworks
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding
- Strong systems capability, with exposure to HRIS platforms highly desirable
- Confidence working with reporting, data management and reconciliation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships
- A proactive, professional and service-focused approach
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability and discretion when handling confidential information
- A continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to better systems and processes
