Duties and responsibilities:
- Commitment to elderly residents in a rural facility
- Interaction with elderly patients both able and non-able
- Respectful and caring towards the elderly that are in need of assistance
- Dedication to the workplace, staff and elderly patients of the facility
- Collaborative and embracing the facilities team spirit
- In-depth understanding of facility rules
- Good representation of ASAP Care services
Skills and experience:
- Demonstrated ability to assist elderly residents
- Confident speaker
- Experience as an RN in aged care facilities or with patients recovering from AOD
- Appropriate qualifications
