Key Responsibilities

Manual handling qualifications and experience.

Provide one-on-one support aligned with personalised care plans

Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, meal prep, transport, and social/recreational activities

Develop clients’ living, employment, and life skills through goal-oriented support

Facilitate community access and group participation

Promote client independence, choice, and decision-making

Maintain accurate records using digital systems
Essential Requirements
-
Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
-
Minimum 6 months’ experience supporting people with disabilities
-
Valid: Driver’s Licence + Reliable/Insured Vehicle + Smartphone

Current Checks: WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid Certificate

NDIS Modules: Completed Worker Orientation + Infection Prevention Control training

Skills: Empathy, adaptability, conflict resolution, and tech proficiency (Microsoft Office)
