We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable and professional Disability Support Workers to join our team across Melbourne.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide individualised support to NDIS participants in their homes and within the community.
Duties may include:
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Medication assistance where appropriately trained
- Supporting participants to build independence and work towards their goals
- Completing accurate shift notes, progress notes and other required documentation
- Following participant support plans, workplace policies and NDIS requirements
Applicants must be available for flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends where required.
