Casual – $32.00 - $33.00 per hour
Culpeper's Corporation is a leading wholesaler of premium food products, proudly supplying retailers, wholesalers, and the food service industry across Western Australia. Based in Balcatta, we are looking for reliable and motivated Casual Warehouse Pickers/Packers to join our friendly and fast-paced warehouse team.
We have casual positions available with an immediate start. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday, with flexible hours ranging from 2–5 days per week, depending on operational requirements.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Picker/Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate and on-time orders. Working within a supportive team, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare orders for dispatch.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and housekeeping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided where required).
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
About You
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Previous warehouse picking or packing experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Forklift Licence (LF) is desirable but not required.
- Current Australian driver's licence is advantageous.
